Clothing catalogue for custom knitwear and sportswear programmes
This is a B2B clothing catalogue, not a retail stock list. Use the product cards to identify a body shape, construction or end use, then send the closest reference with your required fabric, colour, size range, decoration and quantity. SLSPOLO develops custom apparel from 100 pieces per style per colour, with bonding programmes from 200, samples in 3–7 days and bulk production in 15–25 days.
Browse the ten live product categories and the full catalogue
The current site has ten product categories with live products. The table below gives each category one clear role, then links to the relevant archive. The final row returns to the complete catalogue, creating eleven useful browsing routes without sending buyers to an empty category.
| Catalogue route | What to compare | Browse |
|---|---|---|
| Polo shirts | Compare piqué, jersey, interlock, long-sleeve, golf, seamless and bonded polo styles by collar, placket, cuff and seam construction. | Browse polo styles |
| T-shirts | Compare crew neck, V-neck, oversized, long-sleeve, pocket, henley and performance tees by fit, jersey weight, neckline and decoration. | Browse T-shirt styles |
| Hoodies | Compare pullover, zip-up, oversized and cropped blocks in loop-back French terry and brushed fleece, with print, embroidery and private label routes. | Browse hoodie styles |
| Seamless and bonded | Review garments built with seamless knitting, bonded joins and related flat construction routes for polo, sports and layering programmes. | Browse seamless and bonded styles |
| Pants | Use the pants archive to compare knit and woven trouser styles developed from a buyer tech pack, size set or closest catalogue reference. | Browse pants |
| Shorts | Review training and leisure shorts for sportswear, team, gym and streetwear programmes, then mark the closest body and required changes. | Browse shorts |
| Joggers | Compare knit joggers and track bottoms as starting bodies for coordinated sets, sportswear ranges and private label programmes. | Browse joggers |
| Jackets | Review outerwear styles, including panelled jacket references, then specify the construction, fabric, fit and trim package in the enquiry. | Browse jackets |
| Yoga wear | Browse leggings, sports bras and matching activewear pieces, then identify the closest fit and the changes required for the programme. | Browse yoga wear |
| Tank tops | Compare sleeveless knit tops for gym, sports and layering programmes, using the product card as the visual body reference. | Browse tank tops |
| All catalogue styles | Return to the complete apparel manufacturing catalogue when a collection crosses several product groups or needs coordinated references. | Browse all styles |
Use a catalogue product as the start of a custom brief
A product card is a reference, not a promise of shelf stock. Choose the closest style and send its link with the elements you want to keep. Then list the changes to fabric, colour, fit, size range, trims, artwork and packing. A tech pack gives the clearest route, but reference photographs and a marked catalogue style can also open the discussion.
For a multi-category collection, group the brief by style and colour because the minimum applies to each style and colour. The standard minimum is 100 pieces per style per colour. Bonding programmes start at 200 pieces per style per colour. Woven labels and hangtags start at 1,000 pieces, while jacquard and silicone badges start at 300. Trim minimums sit alongside the garment minimum.
The relevant category page helps narrow the style. The manufacturing guide then carries the detailed construction and quotation inputs. Polo, golf polo, T-shirt, hoodie, yoga wear and seamless polo guides are already live. Use them when the programme needs a deeper fabric, fit, decoration or process decision than a catalogue card can carry.
Keep one approval trail across several product groups
Each style should have an order file containing the selected reference, size chart, fabric and weight, colour, construction notes, artwork, decoration placement, trims and packing marks. Approve physical fabric, colour, decoration and trim references before the pre-production sample. The sealed sample then becomes the line and inspection reference for that style.
The same sequence applies across the catalogue: review the brief, confirm the quote, approve materials, sample, revise, seal the pre-production sample, run bulk and inspect. Samples take 3–7 days after the design inputs are confirmed. Bulk production takes 15–25 days after sample approval and deposit. These are production periods and do not include transport.
When several styles use the same label or hangtag, record the trim quantity separately from the garment quantity for each style. Keep artwork versions and carton marks tied to the correct style. This gives the buyer, sample room, production line and packing team the same signed information.
Apply the same quality checkpoints to every catalogue route
- Incoming: fabric, colour and surface are checked against the approved reference before cutting.
- Cutting: panels and size bundles are checked against the approved pattern and order file.
- In-line: construction points are checked while the run is on the line.
- Finishing: garments are checked for measurements, workmanship, pressing and packing preparation.
- Reference: the sealed pre-production sample stays available for line and final comparison.
- Final: finished cartons are sampled to AQL 2.5 and checked against the approved packing marks.
SLSPOLO works under an ISO 9001 quality system across 18,000+ m² in Dongguan and Hunan, with four production lines, 180+ staff and monthly output of 150,000–200,000 pieces. These figures describe the production base behind the complete clothing catalogue rather than the capacity of one individual product card.
Confirm commercial terms before the first sample
The quotation should identify the style, colour quantity, garment minimum, any separate trim minimum, sample date, bulk period, payment term and delivery term. Trade terms are EXW, FOB Shenzhen Yantian or DDP. Payment is T/T with a deposit and the balance before shipment, or L/C at sight for full container loads.
For an initial enquiry, send the catalogue links, quantity per colour, size range, fabric or intended use, decoration placements and target delivery term. If a decision remains open, mark it as an option to price side by side. The response can then separate the confirmed base style from optional construction, fabric, decoration and trim choices.
The shop page remains a browsing and enquiry route. It does not publish stock, retail price or checkout terms. Use the category links to shortlist styles, then use the contact route to request a production quotation tied to the final specification.
Frequently asked questions
Is the SLSPOLO shop a retail store or a B2B clothing catalogue?
It is a B2B clothing catalogue for custom production enquiries, not a retail stock list. Use a product card as the closest style reference, then send the required fabric, colour, fit, size range, decoration and quantity. The quotation is built from the confirmed specification rather than a published shelf price.
Which product categories can I browse in the clothing catalogue?
The live categories are polo shirts, T-shirts, hoodies, seamless and bonded garments, pants, shorts, joggers, jackets, yoga wear and tank tops. Each archive helps narrow the body shape and construction before quotation. The full catalogue remains the cross-category route for collections that use several product groups.
What is the minimum order across different apparel categories?
The standard minimum is 100 pieces per style per colour, with sizes mixed within one colourway. Bonding programmes start at 200 pieces per style per colour. Different styles keep separate garment minimums. Woven labels and hangtags begin at 1,000 pieces, while jacquard and silicone badges begin at 300.
What should I send when requesting a quote from the catalogue?
Send the catalogue link or tech pack, quantity per colour, size range, fabric or intended use, construction changes, decoration placements and target trade term. Vector artwork can follow when placement is confirmed. If several options remain open, list them separately so fabric, decoration or trim routes can be priced side by side.
How long do sampling and bulk production take for catalogue styles?
Sampling takes 3–7 days after the design inputs, fabric and artwork are confirmed. Bulk production takes 15–25 days after sample approval and deposit. These periods cover factory production and do not include transport. Trade terms are EXW, FOB Shenzhen Yantian or DDP and are written into the quotation.
How does SLSPOLO control quality across several product categories?
Each style has an approved order file and sealed pre-production sample. Checks cover incoming materials, cutting, in-line construction, finishing, measurements and packing. Finished cartons are sampled to AQL 2.5 against the approved reference under the ISO 9001 quality system. Buyers can keep separate references for every style in a coordinated collection.
