How does an order run?

A first order follows four steps. The two dates that decide your launch are a 3–7 day sample and a 15–25 day bulk run counted from approval, not from the order date.

Tech pack, reference sample or sketch, plus a size chart, colour standard and target quantity. We confirm feasibility and quote fabric, trims and making-up separately.

SLSPOLO is a factory. We have run our own pattern room, cutting, sewing and finishing since 2009, with two production bases in Dongguan and Hunan, and we quote and manage orders directly rather than passing them to a third party.

What is the minimum order quantity?

100 pieces per style and per colour for most builds, and 200 pieces for bonded and seam-sealed construction. Sizes can be mixed inside one minimum; colours cannot, because each colourway is a separate run.

How long do sampling and bulk production take?

The first sample takes 3–7 days. Bulk production takes 15–25 days counted from sample approval rather than from the order date, and AQL 2.5 inspection sits inside that window.

What quality system do you work to?

ISO 9001 quality management across both plants, with in-line checks at each production stage and AQL 2.5 final inspection measured against the graded size spec before packing.

Which trade terms and payment methods do you accept?

We quote EXW, FOB Shenzhen Yantian or DDP. Payment is a T/T deposit with the balance before shipment, or L/C at sight for full-container orders.

Can I visit the factory before placing an order?

Yes. Visits to the Dongguan workshops and showroom can be arranged by appointment, and a video walk-through is available if travel is not practical.
