Does SLSPOLO offer certified fabrics?

Yes. SLSPOLO produces with the certified fabric you name, but the certificate belongs to the mill or to you, not to us. Tell us the standard or the supplier and we source to it; documents are issued by the fabric supplier. Minimums are unchanged: 100 pieces per style per colour, or 200 for bonded builds.

What certified sourcing means here

A fabric certification is held by the mill or fibre supplier that made the material, under its own scope; a garment factory buys it. We buy the certified fabric you name and sew with it, but the certificate and its documents are issued by the fabric supplier.

So the standard is set by you: name the certification and, where you have one, the supplier, and we source to it. Fabric composition and the mill documents are confirmed with you in writing before cutting. Whatever the supplier provides is passed on as received. Where none is named, we ask.

Certifications buyers ask for

Requests that reach us are usually one of these — what buyers name, not what we hold:

  • Recycled content — recycled polyester or nylon under a supplier scope certificate such as GRS.
  • Harmful-substance testing — fabric tested to a restricted-substance standard, commonly Oeko-Tex Standard 100.
  • Organic fibre — cotton with an organic claim, usually GOTS.

Every row follows one pattern: the document is issued by the supplier, not by the factory.

What we do not claim

  • Certifications we do not hold. The quality system is ISO 9001 and inspection runs to AQL 2.5 — our own certificate and scope, not a fabric certification.
  • Fabric certificates, and any archive of them. Those belong to the supplier chain; ask when the fabric is booked.
  • We do not quote certificate numbers, body names or test values. Those come from the issuing body.
  • We do not fix a bulk price before fabric, trims and construction are confirmed. Certified fabric changes the fabric cost, so the quote waits.
  • We do not promise a test outcome. Testing sits with the laboratory behind it.

What this means for price and minimums

Certified fabric is a fabric choice, and fabric and quantity drive the unit price most. Naming the standard early keeps the quote accurate, since a certified material comes from one supplier. The minimum is unchanged: 100 pieces per style per colour, or 200 for bonded and seam-sealed builds, counted per colour; see minimum order quantity. Trim minimums run separately.

Sampling takes 3–7 days and bulk takes 15–25 days after written approval, both excluding shipping. Goods ship EXW, FOB Shenzhen / Yantian or DDP. Send the standard, fabric and quantity to contact SLSPOLO, or read how to get a quote.

Questions buyers ask next

Do you hold GRS or Oeko-Tex certificates?

No. Those are held by the fabric or fibre supplier under its own scope certificate, not by the factory that sews the garment. What we hold is ISO 9001 for the quality system. We source to the standard you name; the documents stay with the supplier that issued them.

Can I nominate my own fabric supplier?

Yes. Name the mill and we buy from it and produce to your specification. Tell us the supplier and the certification at quotation stage, since both affect fabric cost and lead time. If you have neither, we ask which standard applies.

What documents come with my bulk order?

What reaches you is what the fabric supplier issues with the material: the scope certificate or test report behind the claim, and the mill composition declaration where one exists. Ask the supplier for the set when the fabric is booked.

Will certified fabric change the price?

It changes the fabric cost, and fabric is the largest single input in the unit price. No bulk price is fixed until fabric, trims and construction are confirmed, so naming the certification early keeps a first quote close to the final one.
