Does SLSPOLO do private label?

Yes. SLSPOLO produces garments for other brands to carry their own identity — built to your tech pack or developed from a reference sample, branded with your labels and badges, packed to your specification. The minimum is 100 pieces per style per colour, or 200 for bonded and seam-sealed builds.

What private label covers here

Every garment is made after your sample is approved in writing. What it covers comes down to four things.

  • The garment, built to your document. Your tech pack sets construction, seams, stitch details and tolerances.
  • Your identity applied to it. Woven labels, hangtags, jacquard patches, silicone badges or transferred neck information, to your own artwork.
  • Your measurements and size set. Graded to your spec across whatever sizes you sell.
  • Your packing. Folding, polybag, carton marking and any retail presentation you specify.

The categories it runs on are listed in what SLSPOLO manufactures, mainly knitted garments and sportswear. Leather garments, footwear and accessories sit outside our lines, and anything outside that range is named at quotation stage.

How your branding goes on

Each method has its own look, its own usual place on the garment and its own minimum:

The 1,000-piece and 300-piece figures belong to the trim supplier, not to the garment order. Buying 100 pieces per style per colour does not mean buying 1,000 of anything: your labels come from a supplier whose own run starts there, and that cost sits inside the one quoted unit price.

What trims affect is timing. A custom run has its own lead time, so trim artwork is worth settling early. One fabric used across two patterns counts as two styles, each with its own minimum per colour; the full rule is on the minimum order page.

OEM or ODM — which route your order takes

Both routes end in a garment carrying your own identity, and they differ in what arrives at the start:

  • OEM — you send the tech pack with construction, graded measurements, stitch details and tolerances, and we build to it.
  • ODM — you send a reference garment, photographs or a sketch, and the pattern room develops the fit block, grading and construction for you to approve.

Neither route changes the minimum or the timeline. Both are set out in what SLSPOLO is.

From sample approval to inspection

Sampling takes 3–7 days and is charged as its own item; on a first order of 300 pieces or more, that fee is credited against the order value. The sample you approve in writing becomes the reference bulk is built and inspected against, so branding placement, measurements and packing are fixed at that point rather than during production. Bulk then takes 15–25 days, with inspection to AQL 2.5 inline and final. Both figures cover production and exclude shipping time. Payment is T/T deposit with the balance before shipment, and L/C at sight is available on full-container orders.

Next step

Send whatever exists today — tech pack, reference sample or sketch — with your label artwork and target quantities, by email to salesman8@yctshirt.cn or through the contact page. If writing the spec out is harder than pointing at something, start from a style near what you want in polo shirts or hoodies and we work from there.

Questions buyers ask next

What is the difference between OEM and ODM here?

OEM means you supply the tech pack and we build to it. ODM means you supply a reference garment, photographs or a sketch, and our pattern room develops the fit block, grading and construction for you to approve before any bulk quantity is booked.

Do trim minimums raise my garment minimum?

No. Woven labels and hangtags start at 1,000 pieces per design, and jacquard patches and silicone badges at 300, but those are supplier runs counted apart from garments. Your garment minimum stays where it is: 100 pieces per style per colour, or 200 for bonded builds.

Can I brand an opening order without buying 1,000 labels?

Yes. Heat transfer prints neck information straight onto the garment, so a first run can carry your name without a woven-label purchase. The unit price still depends on fabric, trims and decoration, and those three are confirmed on the sample before a bulk number is fixed.

Does one fabric in two different cuts count as one style?

No. The same fabric used across two different patterns counts as two styles, and each style carries its own 100-piece minimum per colour. For a first drop this is usually the number that decides how many patterns the opening order can carry.
