How Do I Get a Quote from SLSPOLO?

One message is enough to start: send your specification by email or through the contact page. Nine items decide whether the first quote holds — tech pack or reference sample, graded measurements, fabric and GSM, quantity per style per colour, decoration, trims and packing, required lead time, target price range, and your Incoterm.

What to send for a quote

Nine items cover everything we price against:

  • Tech pack or reference sample — construction, stitch details, tolerances, or a garment to match.
  • Graded measurements — what each size is built to, or a grade rule.
  • Fabric composition and GSM — knit construction, blend, weight, or a swatch.
  • Quantity per style per colour — per style and per colour, not as one total.
  • Decoration — print, embroidery, heat transfer, jacquard or silicone badge.
  • Trims and packing — labels, hangtags, folding, bagging, carton marking.
  • Required lead time — when the goods are needed.
  • Incoterm and destination — one of EXW, FOB Shenzhen / Yantian, or DDP.
  • Target price range — optional, but it directs which fabrics we quote.

A full tech pack is not required: a reference sample, a sketch or photographs all work, and the ODM route develops grading where patterns do not exist.

Why each item changes the number

What each item does to the quote
ItemWhy it is neededWhat happens when it is missing
Tech pack or reference sampleFixes construction, seams and tolerancesWe ask for the construction, then offer options to choose from
Graded measurementsDrives grading, fit and fabric consumptionWe ask for the measurement set, or offer a grade to work from
Fabric composition and GSMFabric and quantity drive the unit price mostWe ask for the fabric, or suggest options at that weight
Quantity per style per colourSets cut efficiency and fabric bookingWe ask for the quantity before pricing, since it sets the unit price
Decoration and placementEach placement has its own set-up costWe ask for artwork and placement, and suggest a method if undecided
Incoterm and destinationDecides which logistics costs sit inside itWe ask which term applies and set out the three

Quantities and how the minimum is counted

Quotes are built on 100 pieces per style per colour for most knitted builds, and 200 for bonded and seam-sealed construction. That count applies per colour as well, so one style in three colours carries three minimums, while the size spread inside a colour is yours. Trim minimums run separately — woven labels and hangtags at 1,000 pieces per design, jacquard patches and silicone badges at 300 — and do not stack on the garment minimum; the numbers sit on minimum order quantity. Fabric is booked per colourway, so quantity per colour moves unit cost more than the order total.

Incoterms and payment terms

Three terms are available, and each changes what the quote contains:

  • EXW — you collect from Humen Town, Dongguan; our price covers the goods.
  • FOB Shenzhen / Yantian — our price carries goods to the named port and through export clearance.
  • DDP — our price carries goods to the address you name, duty and delivery included.

Payment is T/T: deposit to start, balance before shipment. Full-container orders can run on L/C at sight.

After you send it

The specification is read first, and the quote comes back as a unit price once fabric, trims and construction are confirmed. Where something is unclear we ask; where you have not chosen, we offer options. Once agreed, sampling takes 3–7 days and bulk takes 15–25 days after written approval, both excluding shipping, with inspection to AQL 2.5 inline and final. Sampling is charged as its own item; on a first order of 300 pieces or more, that sampling fee is credited against the order value.

Send what you have, with target fabric, to salesman8@yctshirt.cn or the contact page. Polo shirt manufacturing shows the range.

Questions buyers ask next

Do I need a full tech pack to get a quote?

No. A reference sample, a sketch with key measurements, or photographs of an existing garment are enough. We quote against what you send, then confirm construction, grading and fabric in writing before cutting begins.

What quantity is the quote based on?

100 pieces per style per colour for most builds, counted for each colour separately, and 200 pieces for bonded and seam-sealed construction. If your first run falls below that, ask.

Which Incoterms can I quote against?

EXW, FOB Shenzhen / Yantian and DDP. Each allocates a different set of costs, so one garment produces three numbers. Name the term and destination port in your first message.

How long does sampling take once the quote is agreed?

Sampling takes 3–7 days, with corrections applied and resubmitted until you approve in writing. Bulk production takes 15–25 days after approval. Both figures exclude shipping time.
