What does SLSPOLO manufacture?

SLSPOLO manufactures apparel for other brands, concentrated in knitted garments and sportswear: polo shirts, T-shirts, hoodies and sweatshirts, yoga wear, jackets, shorts, pants and joggers, and seamless bonded styles. The minimum is 100 pieces per style per colour, or 200 for bonded builds. Cutting, decoration, inspection to AQL 2.5 and packing run through our own plants.

Fabric is booked to the composition and weight you name, and a construction new to us is sourced and tested before cutting. Polo shirt manufacturing is the longest-standing category; the others sit on polo shirts, hoodies, yoga wear and seamless bonded styles, with the full range on the shop index.

Processes available on those categories

  • Cutting — grading and marker making to your confirmed size set.
  • Sewing — four production lines across the Dongguan and Hunan plants, with inline checks.
  • Bonding — joins made with adhesive film and heat instead of stitching, plus seam sealing where specified.
  • Print — screen, discharge, puff and heat transfer.
  • Embroidery and badges — embroidery, jacquard patches, silicone badges.
  • Finishing and inspection — washing, measurement check, pressing, then AQL 2.5 inline and final.
  • Packing — folding, bagging and carton marking to your specification.

Decoration is applied in house or through workshops inside the Humen cluster, so a decorated sample and a decorated bulk order travel the same path. Both plants work to the same tech pack and the same approved sample.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell single garments. The site is a catalogue, not a retail shop; orders start at 100 pieces per style per colour, or 200 for bonded builds.
  • Every order is built to your specification after the sample is approved.
  • We do not make leather garments, footwear or accessories. Those sit outside our lines; most other apparel categories can be produced here. A style outside that range is named as such at quotation stage, not accepted and placed elsewhere.
  • We do not claim certifications we do not hold. The quality system is ISO 9001 and inspection runs to AQL 2.5.
  • We do not fix a bulk price before fabric, trims and decoration are confirmed. Those three drive the number.

Who the range is built for

The output goes to companies selling under their own name: apparel brands adding a category or placing a first run, private-label buyers, golf and teamwear programmes, and companies ordering uniforms or promotional garments in volume. Work arrives as OEM, where you supply the tech pack, or as ODM, where you supply a reference and the pattern room develops the block — more on both is on what SLSPOLO is. Hoodie manufacturing and T-shirt manufacturing show how one category is specified; contact SLSPOLO for a quote.

Questions buyers ask next

Do you make garments outside the categories listed?

Yes, depending on what it is. Most apparel categories can be produced here; leather garments, footwear and accessories cannot. Anything we cannot run is named as such at quotation stage rather than accepted and placed elsewhere.

Can you develop a style from a sketch?

Yes. ODM development covers the fit block, grading and construction from a sketch, a reference garment or a direction, and a sample is produced for approval before any bulk quantity is booked or fabric committed in volume.

Do you put my branding on the garments?

Yes. Woven labels, hangtags, jacquard patches and silicone badges are placed as part of the order, and packing follows your folding, bagging and carton marking. Trim minimums are counted separately from the garment minimum.

What is the minimum in each category?

100 pieces per style per colour for every category listed here, and 200 for bonded and seam-sealed garments. Woven labels and hangtags carry a supplier minimum of 1,000 per design; jacquard and silicone badges 300.
