Is SLSPOLO a Legitimate Manufacturer?

Yes. SLSPOLO is the export brand of Dongguan Yingchun Garment, an ISO 9001 factory operating in Humen Town, Dongguan, Guangdong since 2009. Buyers can verify this in four concrete ways: the registered factory address, the quality system and inspection standard we work to, a walk-through of either plant in person or by video, and sample rounds before any bulk commitment.

Documentation you can request up front

Before any commitment, buyers commonly ask for four documents: the business licence with its registration date, the ISO 9001 certificate and the scope it covers, the inspection report format we issue against AQL 2.5, and a packing specification showing how goods will be folded, bagged and carton marked. All four can be sent in advance, and each can be checked against the paperwork that accompanies the shipment itself — which is the point of asking for them early.

Visit before you commit

The fastest way to settle the question is to see the floor. A visit covers cutting, sewing, bonding, finishing and packing, and you can ask to see work-in-progress for a programme similar to yours. Factory visit sets out what buyers check on site and how to arrange a date. If travel is not practical, a live video walk-through of the same areas can be arranged at short notice.

Sample first, then decide

Sampling runs 3–7 days and is the second check most buyers use. A round tells you whether the fabric hand, the stitch density, the collar roll and the measurement tolerances match what you specified, before any bulk quantity is committed. Corrections are applied and a second round produced before approval.

How payment is structured

Standard terms are T/T with a deposit and the balance before shipment. For full-container orders, L/C at sight is accepted. Both structures keep the balance payable only after goods are ready, and either can be documented through your own bank.

How the working relationship starts

Most buyers begin with a single style. A tech pack or a reference sample comes in, a quote goes back against the confirmed fabric and trims, a sample round follows, and bulk is booked only once the sample is approved in writing. Nothing in that sequence commits you beyond the sample round, which makes it the cheapest way to judge whether the quality, the communication and the schedule fit what you need before any quantity is placed.

Questions buyers ask next

Can I use my own inspection company?

Yes. Buyers routinely nominate their own inspector, and we work to the standard they apply. Our own inline and final inspection runs to AQL 2.5 regardless.

Do you hold fabric certificates?

We do not claim certifications we do not hold. What we provide is documentation for the actual batch: composition declaration and test reports to the standard you name, arranged with a laboratory you nominate in mainland China. See fabric documentation.

Will my order be subcontracted?

Cutting, sewing, bonding, finishing and packing run in our own plants. Ask at quotation stage which plant your order is booked into, and that answer is given in writing.

How long have you been exporting?

The factory has been in production since 2009 and works with buyers across Europe, North America, Japan and Australia.

What if the first bulk run is not right?

Measurements, fabric and trims are confirmed in writing before cutting, and inline inspection is carried out during production rather than only at the end. Raise any deviation against the approved sample and the confirmed specification.

Next step

Ask for the certificate, the address and a live walk-through, then place a sample round. Contact SLSPOLO for any of the three.
