What Is SLSPOLO?

SLSPOLO is the export brand of Dongguan Yingchun Garment, a knitwear and sportswear factory in Humen Town, Dongguan, Guangdong, operating since 2009. We run two plants with more than 18,000 square metres of floor space, four production lines and over 180 staff, making custom polo shirts, hoodies, T-shirts, yoga wear and seamless bonded garments for apparel brands, private labels and teamwear programmes.

Who we manufacture for

Our customers sell clothing under their own name. That includes established apparel brands adding a category, brands placing a first production run, private-label buyers, golf and teamwear programmes, and companies ordering uniforms or promotional garments in volume. Because we build to a buyer’s specification rather than selling from a stock catalogue, a project can start from a full tech pack, from a reference sample you want matched, or from a sketch with a target fabric in mind — whichever you have to hand.

Orders begin at 100 pieces per style per colour. That floor is low enough to test a first drop, and the same line carries repeat programmes into the tens of thousands without changing supplier.

What we make

Production is concentrated in knitted garments, where fabric, cut and finishing are handled under one roof:

• Polo shirts — piqué and jersey builds with collar, cuff and placket options built to your specification. Polo shirt manufacturing is the longest-standing part of the range.
• Hoodies and sweatshirts — fleece and French terry from 240 to 500 GSM, with print, embroidery and wash options. See hoodie manufacturing.
• T-shirts — jersey from 140 to 260 GSM across several knit constructions and finishes.
• Seamless bonded garments — joins made with adhesive film and heat rather than stitching, giving a flat surface with no stitch line.
• Yoga and activewear — leggings, bras and tops cut to graded size sets.
• Golf polos — stretch and moisture-management fabrics with fit blocks suited to team ordering.

Fabric is booked to the composition and weight you name, and where a programme calls for a construction we have not run before, the material is sourced and tested before cutting rather than substituted. Decoration sits in the same workflow: screen print, discharge and puff print, embroidery, heat transfer, jacquard and silicone badges, and washing are applied in house or through workshops inside the Humen cluster, so a decorated sample and a decorated bulk order travel the same path.

How we work: OEM, ODM and OBM

Three routes are available, and most buyers use more than one over time:

• OEM — you supply the tech pack and we build to it. Fabric, trims, measurements and packing are confirmed in writing before cutting starts.
• ODM — you supply a reference or a direction, and our pattern room develops the fit block, grading and construction for approval before sampling.
• OBM — garments developed on our own blocks and finished with your branding.

The pattern room and the sampling line sit inside the Dongguan plant, which is what keeps sampling to 3–7 days. It also means a change to the fit block late in development does not reset the bulk schedule, because grading, marker making and cutting are all downstream of the same room.

The factory behind the name

Sampling takes 3–7 days and bulk production 15–25 days after sample approval; both exclude shipping. Inspection runs to AQL 2.5 inline as well as at the end of the line, and third-party testing to a buyer’s own standard can be arranged on request, including at a laboratory you nominate in mainland China. Goods ship EXW, FOB Shenzhen / Yantian or DDP.

Is SLSPOLO a factory or a trading company?

SLSPOLO is the export brand of a manufacturer. Cutting, sewing, bonding, finishing and packing happen in our own plants in Dongguan and Hunan, and buyers are welcome to walk the floor — see factory visit for what can be checked on site.

What is the minimum order?

100 pieces per style per colour for most builds, and 200 for bonded and seam-sealed construction. Trim minimums are counted separately and do not stack on top of the garment minimum. Full detail is on minimum order quantity.

Can I see the range before asking for a quote?

Yes. Polo shirt styles are grouped by collar, placket, cuff and fabric so you can shortlist before sending a specification.

Do you handle branding and packing?

Yes. Woven labels, hangtags, jacquard patches and silicone badges are placed as part of the order, and packing can follow your own folding, bagging and carton marking.
