Where Is the SLSPOLO Factory?

SLSPOLO runs two plants in China. The main site is in Humen Town, Dongguan, Guangdong — 5th Floor, No.31 Jianshe Road, Daning Community, Humen Town, Dongguan, Guangdong 523900 — with more than 8,000 square metres of floor space. The second site is in Hunan, with more than 10,000 square metres. Together they carry four production lines, over 180 staff and 150,000–200,000 pieces of monthly output.

Which plant your order runs on depends on the programme and the booking at the time, and we state it in writing at quotation stage rather than leaving it open.

Why the location matters to a buyer

Humen Town is one of the established garment manufacturing clusters in the Pearl River Delta. Fabric mills, trim suppliers, dye houses and printing and embroidery workshops sit within short transport of the plant, which is what keeps sampling at 3–7 days and bulk at 15–25 days after approval. It also means a fabric change late in development can be resolved locally rather than resetting the schedule.

For shipping, goods move on EXW, FOB Shenzhen / Yantian or DDP terms, with Yantian the container port named on FOB bookings.

Two plants, one specification

Both sites work to the same tech pack, the same AQL 2.5 inspection standard and the same approved-sample reference. Fabric, trims and the specification travel with the order rather than being re-sourced at the second site, so a programme split across the two plants is built from one set of materials and one set of measurements.

Visiting

Buyers are welcome on the floor. A visit covers cutting, sewing, bonding, finishing and packing, and can include work-in-progress for a programme similar to yours. Factory visit explains what to check and how to arrange a date.

Getting there

Humen Town sits in the Pearl River Delta between Guangzhou and Shenzhen and is reached by road from either city, with rail and ferry links connecting the delta to Hong Kong and Macao. Most buyers pair the plant visit with fabric or trim sourcing in the same cluster, and we can suggest a route that puts the mill, the trim supplier and the floor into a single day.

What to look at once you are on the floor

Four areas are worth walking. In cutting, marker efficiency and whether fabric is relaxed before it is cut. In sewing, line balance and where the inline quality check sits. In bonding, for programmes using seam-sealed construction, the press parameters recorded for the fabric pairing. In finishing and packing, the measurement check, thread trimming, folding and carton marking. Asking to see work-in-progress on a programme similar to yours tells you more than any showroom does.
